After having found a fair few dodgy sites searching for “Electric C”, I can now save you the trouble. The band I was looking for is “electric six”. The track I was looking for is Danger High Voltage. Fortunately, there’s even the video online so I was able to check out whether it was the correct band. And then there’s a lower res version.
