Just got back from one of those enjoyable wandering drives where the aim is to get lost and then see how many interesting things you can discover on the way back.

Simon had found Flash in the road atlas, and just being able to say we were going to Flash in the Peak District meant that it had to be done. Little did we know that Flash is the highest village in the British Isles.

Sadly the pub was closed, so we had to try and find another. Amongst the memorable sights we happened upon on our wanders were hang-gliders swarimng like flies over Blue John caverns and a trail of Austin Healeys enjoying the sunshine.
