I was going to do so much this weekend.

Then I installed Medieval Total War on Daz’s computer. The rest is history. Several hundred years of it, in fact.

The high concept definition would be Civilization with tactical command of the battles. I was a very geeky king, more interested in building stuff and fighting people than such boring things as diplomacy and balancing the budget. I kept forgetting to marry my daughters off as well, which is a shame considering how fertile I was.

All in all, a great game. So far the only things that have bugged me are probably down to my refusal to read the instructions before diving in.
