Quite appropriate, as this week I’m trying to put together the first Signage CD- launched yesterday at the Peveril of the Peak (we’re bad people, we usually end up across the road at Rain) was a book on the history of the English pub. English Heritage reckons that only 250 Victorian era pubs still exist with their original interiors.
