Buster the Bunny is a cartoon character who appears in a series of American educational programmes for kids. In them he visits various states and send video postcards home to his mother. When he visited a farming community in Vermont the family he profiled happened to have two mothers. Cue mouth foaming reaction from the bigot in charge of the department of education, removal of funding and basic hysteria.
