Which diets are the cheapest? Obviously biased towards American prices and fads, this would be an interesting exercise to try in the UK. When the diet/ health blog launches, I’m going to compare the costs of eating local and organic to supermarket shopping.

Atkins is global, of course. Apart from that I can’t say without a bit of investigation, but I’d wager it would look familiar to you- just replace your C-list diet celebs with ours.
