After being nagged receiving some suggestions as to the layout of Spinneyhead I’ve started moving stuff around. Links and stuff are now in the left column and the right column is purely about the archives. I’ve taken out the Project Wonderful ads, which weren’t performing that well, and put Google ads back at the top of the page. The new template should be in place with the posting of this message.

One day I may even think about designing it all in 800 by 600, but I don’t want to post flickr images smaller than I do at the moment.
