Hybrid Horribles and Lactose tolerance

American restaurant chains are increasingly serving up meals that have a whole days recommended calorie intake in a single course.

Lactose tolerance only evolved in Europeans a few thousand years ago, some time after dairy farming began. It’s believed to be the most important gene trait to have developed in the last 30,000 years.
