I had been hoping the man with his bonsai stall would be at the Show. I wanted to buy a tiny conifer and start making vignettes. Sort of like this- the Mambonsai of Poo

I’ve just been to the Manchester Show down in Platt Fields. I was armed with three cameras- my point and click Canon, my parents SLR and Damian’s old lo-Res digital (he’s lent me his other digital camera as well, but I don’t have high enough capacity rechargeables to run it yet.) I’ve been saying similar stuff for years, it’s good to know people agree with me.
I have South African Colgate in the bathroom. I’m not going to say where I got it, because I don’t think the shop deserves a visit from Customs & Excise.
