Police in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina are hunting for a man who bought $150 worth of groceries with a $200 dollar bill. For those of us who don’t handle American currency regularly it has to be pointed out that there is no such legal tender as a $200 bill. The one used was drawn on the ‘Moral Reserve’, had pictures of GW and the White House on it and important declarations such as ‘We like broccoli’.
