Morbid Fascination


The odds of dying by various means.

Of course, they’re American statistics, so the odds of certain events- shooting is the one that springs to mind- will be much lower over here. No doubt some other, less obvious ones will be higher. Also, the number of deaths is divided by the size of the population, making some less common practises seem safer. I’d like to think that cyclists are safer than drivers, but the lower odds are more likely because there are fewer pedallers than lardarses drivers.
