Manchester’s music nagnate has died.
Anthony Wilson died in Christies hospital on Friday evening surrounded by family and friends. The man who throughout his life championed Manchester and what Manchester is all about, died following a battle against cancer. Wilson had a kidney removed because of the disease earlier this year and passed away around 6.30pm following a heart attack on Thursday night. He was 57 years old.
