All shares in the station have recently been purchased by Manchester radio legend Steve Penk, who has flipped the station back to its original Adult Contemporary format. Ths station is running promos and scripts which talk of a relaunch as “The All New 96.2 The Revolution” at 6am on Monday September 15th 2008.
The team behind the “old” alternative Revolution plan to relaunch the station online.
Arse! I’m going to miss The Rev. I hope the online version comes along soon.
