George Monbiot on the stupidity of 4x4s in towns. Perhaps there should be a law requiring all off roaders to always have a bale of hay and a border collie in them. I like the idea of charging large amounts for vehicles with fuel consumption below a certain amount as well. Everyone should read this book and do something about it.
