Incredible 500,000-Piece Lego Recreation of Famous World War II Battle
This 24-foot long diorama created by Brickmania, depicts the WWII Battle of Peleliu, complete with a 10-foot long USS LST-325 ship, tanks, Marines, sailors, bunkers, ambulances and supply trucks. The model is filled with so many amazing details and features, including a shark waiting in the waters for doomed minifig men.
You may not be able to see them in the photo, but there are chickens behind the coop. They’re on the roof of the biospheric project in Salford. I hope their wings are cropped, because they live on the second floor. If they fly down they may not be able to get back up.
I would have liked to save this sign, but had no way to transport it and no clue how to rescue neon lights if I had got it home.
I think a camo finish brush is a great idea.
Also note the shovel, a vital piece of equipment in a shop that sells hifi, apparently.
