As I face the final curtain…..
The closing date for the Odeon in Manchester city centre has been confirmed as September 2nd. It’s not just a shame because of the cinema’s history, but also because you can bet someone will get planning permission to put yet another chain pub or similar monstrosity on the site.

It has been a long time since their conviction for robbing the bank of Hanoi, but thanks to Penny’s tireless efforts… The A-Team have been cleared of all charges, the onion reports (Minus any reference to Penny).
